E-REGIO with Power2U and ÖBO

Together with Power2U, ÖrebroBostäder AB (ÖBO) is the first in Sweden to install and use the technology that links the battery capacity of parked electric cars with the property's energy system, "Vehicle-to-Grid" (V2G). The houses and the cars' batteries work together through a cloud service platform and can now both use and share the energy consumed and produced in an optimal way. Power2U participates in the ERA-Net Smart Grid Plus international project - E-Regio, co-funded by the Swedish Energy Agency, with the goal to test local energy market models and power management services using V2G technology within the properties of the real estate company - ÖBO in Örebro, Sweden.
